80W Reinforced narrow semi-flexible solar panel with a durable ETFE coating

At 4Boats, we are passionate about high-quality solar products. That's why we developed this durable semi-flexible solar panel, reinforced with anodized aluminum and a strong ETFE surface, and made from monocrystalline solar cells. This 80W solar panel is designed for permanent outdoor use, providing free electricity to charge 12V batteries for various applications, such as motorhomes, caravans, campers, boats, solar lighting systems, off-grid, and backup solar power systems. The panel can also be used for direct power supply for applications not sensitive to changes in input voltage/current (e.g. electric motors or pumps) and various grid-tie applications.

Aluminum reinforcement and strong ETFE coating: This reinforced semi-flexible solar panel has a unique 7-layer construction, featuring an embedded sheet of anodized aluminum fully encapsulated within the solar panel. This additional reinforcement offers greater strength and resilience, making it one of the most robust semi-flexible solar panels on the market. In addition to the aluminum reinforcement, the surface of this 80W semi-flexible solar panel is made of strong ETFE material, which has a longer service life compared to standard semi-flexible solar panels. As a result, these particular semi-flexible solar panels are extremely durable and less prone to cracking, delamination, and corrosion. The lightly textured coating of this panel creates an anti-reflective surface, allowing the panel to absorb a greater amount of light, thereby increasing efficiency. High-quality 5-busbar solar cells: This panel also features innovative 5 busbar solar cells, which are more efficient than the 2, 3, or 4 busbar solar cells used in most other solar panels, and can extract more power from the same surface area. This results in a smaller overall solar panel, ideal for applications where space is limited. These solar cells are also the best choice for applications in warmer climates, as they operate well even in high ambient temperatures.

- Solar cells are guaranteed to produce at least 90% of nominal power in 10 years after purchase and at least 80% of nominal power in 25 years after purchase. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer of solar cells.

Please note that this solar panel does not include a user manual, as it must be connected to further devices such as a solar charge controller or inverter, which are supplied with a manual.

Charging a 12V battery: This panel requires a solar charge controller/regulator to charge a 12V battery. It cannot be connected directly to the battery.
